    Amali Residences start from AED 15.3M for 2 bedrooms, AED 20.9M for 3 bedrooms and AED 26.9M for 4 bedrooms. The Triplex Penthouses and Aria Grande are priced on request.

  • 03What is the payment plan and handover?

    Amali Residences has a 60/40 payment plan with handover in Q4 2030. Aria Grande is also 60/40: 10% on booking, 10% within 30 days, 5% quarterly over 24 months and 40% on completion, plus the 4% DLD fee, with expected completion in Q1 2027.

  • 04How many residences are available?

    Only 22 units are released in the First Collection, there are only two Triplex Penthouses, and Aria Grande is the last mansion available on Amali Island.
